After test driving 8 cars/2 other dealerships I was ready to give up.If you havent test driven w/George "you havent test driven!!" He drove, I drove, we discussed my needs and expectations as well as lifestyle. He test drove three cars with me and helped me come to the decision to purchase the car that was best for me. We parked the cars side by side so I could compare and pick out what I liked and didnt like. Then he went over the cost and specials to get me zero percent financing. I was offered a beverage upon entering and George refilled my cup while we were talking as well as ordering me lunch! We swapped a few stories, had a few laughs and I didnt feel pressured or stressed like I did with my previous experiences. I found him due to a referral from a friend and am so glad I decided to setup an appointment for my "fun drive!" George introduced me to finance/parts/service and management personel and showed me the procedure for maitenance when I come in for my "car check ups" To top it off he took pics of me w/my new car and made sure I had no questions when I left and he even put on the license plate for me. Everything was explained in detail and given to me in black and white "no surprises" I am in love!!!!!! Not with George since he is married but with my new Toyota "Attitude Black Camry!" George asked me if I was ready to have fun and I really did. What a great great experience!!!!!I cant wait to buy my next toyota because who can stop at just one??!!! More
