I met George Mogollon after internet dealings (worked with several dealerships via internet sales), and I was very surprised at how easy it was to work with him. He explained everything I needed to know about the Highlander. He was not pushy but asked questions to ensure I understood the car I was about to buy. George was the reason my experience at buying a new car was so easy. He treated me as if I was a family member, not a person he did not know from any other person coming into the dealership. When he was with me, his attention was on me and not anything else. After the car came out of make-ready, George spent quite a bit of time setting up the car media - cell phone, radio, apps, etc. Things I would have had to figure out myself. Made an appointment to lease a new Camry and return a 2011 Camry. Michael, the lease team and finance were very thorough, professional and quick. Michael went out of his way to search the lot to find a light colored XLE and was successful. We leased a 2014 Camry XLE with the keyless entry system. Michael spent an hour with me teaching me all the technology in the car and synced my smartphone with the car's system! All sections of the lease agreement were explained, the car detailed and washed. Finance was fantastic, fast, explained everything and we left with no questions. Very satisfied. When it's time to trade in our Tacoma, we will definitely use Pat Lobb Toyota! The service we received was stellar and we will remain a 100% Toyota family! More

I had brought my Camry in for an oil change and to check out a vibration when applying brakes. It was determined that my rotors need to be turned which was priced at $220. I thought highly of this dealership until now and now will only get my oil changes here but take any service work to another Toyota store. Very disappointed. More
