I had a great and easy experience with George Mogollon. He took the time to get to know both me and my mom, who was helping me with my purchase. He was very informative and not your typical "pushy" salesperson. George made us feel like he was a family friend helping me make the right decision and listening to my needs. The overall cleanliness and helpfulness of every employee at the dealership was impressive; from opening doors to having several people make sure we were taken care of at all times. I went away with an overall pleasant car buying experience, which was not the case with some of the other dealerships I visited prior to making my decision. I absolutely love my new RAV4 and am very appreciative of the time and patience George had with my purchase. I would most definitely reccommend both George and the dealership to friends and family!! My experience could not have been better. Everything was excellent. George even helped me set up the bluetooth in my new 2014 Tacoma and explained how to work all of the various electronics within the truck excellent. Working with Robert and everyone else here was an absolute joy and they made the entire process quick and painless. My wife and I came in having and idea of what we wanted but any and all questions w absolute joy and they made the entire process quick and painless. ORIGINALLY WENT TO NISSAN DEALERSHIP SO THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER LARGE CAR PAYMENT. BEFORE WE MADE A DEAL WITH NISSAN, WE WENT TO TOYOTA AND MICHAEL TOLD US ABOUT A GREAT LEASING DEAL ON A CAMRY AND TO HAVE ANOTHER LARGE CAR PAYMENT. BEFORE WE MADE A DEAL WITH NISSAN, WE WENT TO TOYOTA AND MICHAEL TOLD US ABOUT A GREAT LEASING DEAL ON A CAMRY AND THE DEAL WAS DONE AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PAYMENTS AND GOT A MUCH BETTER CAR THAN I WAS GOING TO PAY MORE FOR AT NISSAN. We went to Pat Lobb Toyota because we wanted to see what we could get for our Toyota Corolla, as soon as we parked our car we were approached by George Mogollon (972-741-1284) and from the very beginning he we could get for our Toyota Corolla, as soon as we parked our car we were approached by George Mogollon (972-741-1284) and from the very beginning he started listening to what we wanted to do and what we were looking at getting. George was excellent to work with and he made sure we were being taking care of during the whole process of negotiating the deal. Multiple times went back and forth doing what he could to get us what we wanted. George is outstanding at representing Pat Lobb Toyota in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable fashion.
