As a single woman with little to no real knowledge about cars, I felt comfortable with George and what he recommended. He really keeps in mind the things YOU want - budget was important to me, so he didn't try to up-sell me, he kept the entire transaction within my budget and I left very happy with my new Rav4! He was respectful and very quick - it was my fastest experience yet. I will be back in three years for my fourth lease from Patt Lobb - and will continue going there! More

Everyone here is wonderful and delivers on the service promis My wife and I have either bought or leased 4 vehicles from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. Everyone here is wonderful and delivers on the service promise of the dealership. However, there is one person that keeps my family and I coming back and that is Bobby Lane. All four vehicles from this location were purchased through Bobby, and each time he made the experience simple and enjoyable. Our latest purchase in December 2015 was right before the holidays and Bobby did all in his power to get that truck on the lot before Christmas so I could surprise my wife! He even said he would have driven down to Austin to pick the truck up if need be, and I believe him. To make things even more special, he delivered the truck to our home wrapped in a bow, and helped me to secure my "Husband of the Year" nomination. I never have felt like I was "buying" from Bobby; he looks out for my family and I know he has our best interest at heart.
