HORRIBLE- they made me CRY! Did we get to sign papers for a car- yes. Experience was the worst ever in buying a car. We test drove the Fusion on a late night- they ran credit sai Did we get to sign papers for a car- yes. Experience was the worst ever in buying a car. We test drove the Fusion on a late night- they ran credit said to come back next day and we would be done by 2:00 PM. We Showed up around 1... was told that the car had a nail in the tire could not pass inspection- and told at first WE would have to PAY for the tires to be replaced before they would inspect it. We were there from 1- 4:30 ..... and did not get to go home with our signed for car. The next day was told the tires for it would be there by 1:30...... Short story- the finance in-between guy was a jerk and rude beyond belief. We have been strung along and have not gotten our bought car yet- and borrowing our own car- since we signed the note over..... NEVER will go back to Pat Lobb and never will refer anyone. And when we did get the car- was not detailed! More

Not only do they have awesome cars, They treat you the way you want to be treated. If you want to get the best deal and feel like you are treated like person instead of a customer ask for Spike. He''s not the only one that does this, the sales team are all like this. I Have had the opportunity to have Spike handle my purchase. I do not think they have anyone better. Talk about service, Doug R and the gang are awesome. I feel like more than customer. Doug has gone out of his way too many times to count to help me with my service. Amanda is greatness I had no idea a car buying experience could go so well. I was referred to Amanda by the woman working the rental car area on a saturday recently. I was immediately put at ease by Amanda's calm demeanor. I told her what I was looking at, what I wanted and that I needed to test drive several before I could decide. We did that soon after and talked pros and cons while in the cars. She's very knowledgable about all the models. I also told her there was no way I would be buying that day. She said no problem. She wanted me to be 100% sure. I finally decided to go with the 2014 Rav 4 Limited AWD. It has everything I wanted at the price I could swing. I will, and have told everyone I can to go straight to her. I would send my mother, without me there, to buy from Amanda. So, indeed, a new car buying experience can be a positive one. More
