Sneaky and Deceitful Sneaky and deceitful. We went in today to buy a used Corolla. We traded in our RAV4. We were asked if we had only one or two keys. Unfortunately w Sneaky and deceitful. We went in today to buy a used Corolla. We traded in our RAV4. We were asked if we had only one or two keys. Unfortunately we only had one, so I’m sure their trade in offer was less. Either way, we agreed on a acceptable trade in amount and sales amount for the 2018 Corolla. They delivered our new car with only one key. I asked for the second key. They said it only came with one. Never did they say or was there anywhere in the ad that it said there was only one key. It’s amazing to me that they would be concerned about my trade in having only one key, but thought that I would be unconcerned about only getting one key with my new car. Oh, they offered to sell me one for $260, which even further supports the title of my review... “Sneaky and Deceitful”. Update. Your response is again deceitful. You said your ad indicated only one key. I asked your salesman to show me the ad and where it stated there was only one key. He went to a picture of a single key sitting on the front seat. He said, “See, there is only one key pictured. That means there is only one key. If there were two, then two would be in the picture.” REALLY? No way I will ever set foot in your dealership again. You just keep digging yourself deeper. Another update. Got a key made for $90. Your $260 deal doesn’t sound so good, does it? More

Forty years living in Dallas, we never see a car dealer's service center so terrible ! The only bright spot is their parts department. More

Excellent customer service Molly Stiles- Pat Lobb Toyota TOM helped me after I got a flat tire yesterday , even though I bought my new corolla from TOP just a few months ago. Made the mistake of thinking TOP TOM helped me after I got a flat tire yesterday , even though I bought my new corolla from TOP just a few months ago. Made the mistake of thinking TOP would help me, given my recent purchase, so I had it towed there. TOP did put my spare on, which was the only "thanks" or goodwill gesture I got while there. My salesperson at TOP was "on leave" so no employee(s) there to advocate for me & my situation. Not a good feeling! Thankfully I had worked w/ Molly at TOM before. She's such a hard worker & so knowledgeable, not to mention she knows how to empathize with an extremely busy person who is suddenly immobilized by a non-functioning car. Please give Molly a raise! She's helped me many times, yesterday was the most important. Consistently the best customer service I've ever had w/ Toyota (16yr, now on 3rd Corolla) when working w/ Molly. She's also genuinely nice to my older parents, which unfortunately is becoming a thing of the past in our society. The only thing I wish Toyota (not Molly or TOM) would do is give me a break on the cost of yesterday , since I bought the "premier"(?) warranty package w/ my car, and since this is my 3rd Corolla. Otherwise very happy at the end of the day yesterday. Thank you again Molly! More
