Rodney goes the extra mile, listens to what we're looking for and finds the perfect match. His homemade cookies and brownies are excellent as well!! You can always count on a sugar boost when working with Rodney. Chris Conroy, the used car manager is easy to work with and made my first vehicle trade-in a no-hassle deal. Sam in finance was quick and we were out the door in no time. My wife has been bringing her Rav4 for routine maintenance and likes the friendly responsive and excellent service she receives. More

2017 RAV4 Hybrid purchase We previously owned a 2016 model which was destroyed in an accident in Austin TX and we knew we wanted another. After looking for a few days were fou We previously owned a 2016 model which was destroyed in an accident in Austin TX and we knew we wanted another. After looking for a few days were found one online at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney. Our inquiry about it led us to Tucker Hardaway where we inquired about it's condition and price. In comparing the vehicle to one at a different dealership in Houston, Tucker took the time to research the other vehicle and was able to point out the differences between them which easily explained the price difference. Plus he pointed out that his car was a 1 owner with full service records at his dealership. So, I caught a plane to Dallas and a cab to McKinney and bought the RAV4. The dealership visit was pleasant and the facility was very nice. Tucker went over the vehicle in detail, especially pointing out the difference between our old vehicle and the new one which was really good. He has mechanical repair experience which was a plus since he was better able to explain how various parts of the RAV4 work. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Tucker and Pat Lobb Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ron Manfredi More
