Horrible experience. Would never buy a car here. Avoid this dealership!! I was presented a price for the vehicle over the phone by Norman and Camron. Decided to go with the deal for the agreed upon Avoid this dealership!! I was presented a price for the vehicle over the phone by Norman and Camron. Decided to go with the deal for the agreed upon price. Set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and drove over two hours round trip. When we arrived at the dealership, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for Norman and Camron. It was later in the day on Thursday, so the dealership was not busy at all. I was then presented with the numbers by Norman and the price was way higher than the one that we agreed upon on the phone when I spoke to Norman and Camron on two separate occasions. Waisted our entire evening. Don’t waste your time with these guys. There are way too many other good Toyota dealerships in the metroplex that will not treat you this way. More

Loved the guy who sold me the truck. Did not like his boss because he wouldn’t put in a part for $100 that it didn’t have. Terrible. Came here to buy a new car and Tony talks about how he is "for you" but he's really not. It's all about stats. Did the bare minimum and didn't do anything above and beyond like he claims he does. S how he is "for you" but he's really not. It's all about stats. Did the bare minimum and didn't do anything above and beyond like he claims he does. Sold me a car that had existing damage and they knew was damaged, and I didn't see the damage until the next day. Admittedly, I have a part to blame on myself for not noticing, but the dealership was aware of this and hid the damage very well. Then when I discovered the damage the next day, I reached out to Tony, and Tony has the nerve to say, "they didn't see any damage on the car when they sold it, and it is my problem". I know that is a lie because the damage is marked on a diagram in the trunk. They lied. I will tell everyone I know this dealership is just your normal everyday dealership and they are nothing special. Tony may act like he cares but it's a business, and that's all that matters. I can't remember the name of the finance guy I worked with but he was terrible as well, didn't care at all and had to call up to the dealership almost daily for about 2 weeks to get any information and to let them know to cash my check. Bad all around Good thing is, I am only going to make this mistake once More
I always use Pat Lobb Toyota for service on my vehicles. Work is always completed to ABOVE my expectations. Main reason I started using them is Arik Florczak. He always has my best interest in mind and I Work is always completed to ABOVE my expectations. Main reason I started using them is Arik Florczak. He always has my best interest in mind and I trust him completely. I called him because I needed to purchase a 1st car for my daughter. My initial thought was to get a good used vehicle. Arik introduced me to George Mogollon who truly took care of us like we were family. He was able to get my daughter into a 2020 Corolla and she is beyond happy. His presentation was not a sales pitch. He spoke to me as a fellow father. After the sale was complete he even gave some heart warming advice to my daughter about vehicle safety. That type of advice touched me because he continued to add special touches even after the sale. I feel he cares about my daughter and her safety and happiness. I will continue to use the service department at Pat Lobb Toyota (Arik Florczak) and plan on another purchase soon with George Mogollon. I would highly recommend this dealership and both of these individuals for any car purchase or maintenance needs. More
