Matt and Duane also brought out the chief mechanic to help my comfort level regarding a web-discussed issue involving newer-model Rav4's. And Duane helped me to receive the maximum available dealer incentives when I purchased my vehicle that afternoon. I was able to test drive my new Rav4 prior to purchase and could have driven it home that afternoon, except I had my other car there and chose to take home the new one the next morning.
