Hey y’all just left Toyota McKinney and I was pleasantly surprised!! Amazing customer service from the time I hit the service drive until the time they were finished. Pat Lobb Toyota has taken great care of me over the years. I have a 2014 Toyota Sequoia with 176,000 miles and I’ve done all my maintenance at the dealership. We live close to Pat Lobb Toyota. We have 7 total Toyota/Lexus products in our family. We use and trust this dealer for al our car servicing needs. He is super friendly, stays in touch even when we are not actively searching for a car. He greets us when we come in for servicing. It is a pleasure to work with this dealership.
