Jason was able to assist me with the decision making process on which vehicle (Sienna), model(XLE), and options to purchase without attempting to influence me to add options that I did not want nor need. The Finance Manager also helped to provide me with an extremely enjoyable experience. Mark helped me to develop a full comprehension of all the additional options (maintenance package, extended warranty, Gap Insurance) that are available to me and how each option would impact me as the vehicle owner. For some strange reason my husband took an interest in a used Subaru Tribeca and was dead set on test driving and picking one up. Call it Toyota loyalty or what have you but, we figured to look into the Toyota showroom. We selected Parkway Toyota for its top notch service department, so we decided that we'd visit their showroom. We were greeted in a warm and professional manner the moment we stepped into the showroom. We were assigned to Jason Lugue and knew that we were in good hands. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. At no point did we feel pressured or mislead. We explained what we needed and he pointed out an option that we never considered. We test drove a Certified 2008 Toyota Rav4 V6 Sport. To our surprise, it was a perfect fit. The car was easy to drive and loads of horsepower, more than the Tribeca. Any other dealership would have stuck us in a car without considering our needs. Our Finance Manger, Mark Gaviola, was very professional and warm and also had a good sense of humor. He made everything crystal clear and as a result we had the peace of mind knowing that this purchase was the best decision. We received our vehicle in a quick and pristine manner. Jason went over all the features, in addition to setting our hands free unit. We would never have know these other features that adds value to our purchase if it were not for him. Our lease was up on our car so we started to look at different car dealerships. We looked at Nissan, Ford, Hynda and Toyota. We narrowed our search to either Toyota or Nissan. Besides liking the comfort and the way the Camry rode, our experience with the staff at Toyota was like no other. Our salesman was Dennis McInerney. From the moment we sat down I felt like we had known him forever. He was what all these dealerships need, friendly and comfortable to be with. We did not lie and told him it was between Nissan and Toyota. We did go back to Nissan before we decided on our Camry. People are always ready to complain but never ready to give a compliment. I did go to the Manage and compliment him on Dennis and how he took the worry out of our hands in deciding. When we picked the car up it was getting dark and I told him that I do sometimes have a difficult time driving at night. He tried to get us to pick up the car the next day, but I really wanted to take my new car home that night. When we did arrive home we got a call from him making sure we got home safely. I do not think that people go to that extent. Both my husband and I were so taken back by that. I found that everyone we dealt with at Toyota were exceptional. More

To say my experience exceeded my expectations is an understatement! From the first contact with the sales manager, Mr. Robert Winograd, my experience was top notch. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, responsive, courteous and HONEST! Mr. Winograd is the epitome of excellence and his staff follows suit perfectly. Emmanuel in Finance and Jason Lugue were very knowledgeable, warm and professoinal. The process did not take long; they were conscientious of my time, while efficient and respectful. I have found a dealership for life. I have already recommeded Parkway Toyota to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota - DO NOT GO ANYWYERE ELSE, you will be doing yourself a great disservice. There is no pressure whatsoever - it is unlike any other dealership I have been to - and best of all the price was unbeatable! I know this dealership gets great ratings but... We I know this dealership gets great ratings but... We were looking for a used Higlander based on the research we had done. Saw that this dealer had a 2009 Limited with all the bells and whistles with low miles. I made a low offer, hoping to receive a call and begin negotiations. I didn't receive any call back but was interested, nevertheless, to see the car and explore potential options. I even chatted with their online support who assured me that I'd hear back from them the very next day (after I made the offer) but didn't receive a call back. My wife and I went into the store and were assigned Carlos. He met us (chewing gum) which I thought was unprofessional/unsalesmanlike and asked us what car we wanted. On explaining the car and the offer I had made(26k on a car they advertised for 34K), he looked at me incredulously as if I didn't know what I was talking about. In fact he asked me whether I knew that the car was a "Limited", and had all the options. He said he could come down only by $700-800, no more. On telling him that my offer was just a starting point for negotiations, he didn't seem to take the opening I was giving him to exploring alternatives. He told us there'd be a used car coming in to be traded in and he'd keep us posted on that. Quite disappointed with the level of service being provided, my wife and I walked out. Before doing so we saw Syeda (who's reviews I've read on this site as an exceptional salesperson). I walked out but came back in to talk to her and explained the situation. Syeda was kind enough to explain the various options and packages, and told us about exploring a leasing vs. financing option but it was a little too late at that point- we were not interested in working with this dealership. It's a pity because they're BBB accredited and have several "President's Awards" from Toyota. Bottomline...we got a great deal from Route 22 Autoland the FOLLOWING day on a brand new 2011 SE Highlander. Read my review on that dealership too. More
