Bob and Clint were so great and really made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. there was no back-n-forth as bob knew right away that i was not interested in that. they took such good so much easier than I thought it would be. there was no back-n-forth as bob knew right away that i was not interested in that. they took such good care of me and just told me what I wanted and gave me a great deal! when he even forgot he told me that the back up camera was included in our deal he didn't flinch for a second and just said ok if that's what I told you - fine. Clint spent a lot of time with me too and was just a pleasure to work with. and mark the finance guy was also very straight with me which i really appreciated -- he even advised me on type of payments which help me but probably not toyota. all in all a great experience doing something that is usually awful! highly recommend parkways and these guys. More

When we decided to buy a car, we went to the nearest The Parkway Toyota - It's the best dealership ever!!! Thank you, Mr. Elie and Mr. Robert!!! When we decided to buy a car, we went to the nearest Toyota dealer located in NY since it was convenient. We appreciated their work and time, but we decided to see other dealers so we could compare the price. Finally, our last try was the Parkway Toyota, and we are so glad that we chose them even though we live in NY. We never planned to buy the car from them when we walked in there, but we ended up ordering the car we wanted and giving them the deposit money. It just shows how EXCELLENT they are! At first, we were welcomed by Mr. Elie Kass-Elias, sales and leasing consultant, who was very kind, friendly, and professional, and then Mr. Robert J. Winograd, sales manager, who was also very kind, friendly, professional, and funny! Being there, we realized how friendly yet professional dealers could be. They certainly have the highest standard, and we were very satisfied! Even other dealers who had no business with us were friendly. We picked up the car a few days later, and the car was in good condition, we were explained everything thoroughly by Mr. Elie, and he was fun to work with! Even though it was a cold rainy day, he took time to explain everything, and made sure we understood everything. We've met several dealers previously, but none of the dealers can compare to the dealers at Parkway Toyota. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know, and we will buy another car from them if we ever need one. More
Ok, so I have an acquaintance who works at Parkway Toyota as a salesman, and just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna from here.. Everything with the sales part went along fine.. Until I met with the finance man as a salesman, and just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna from here.. Everything with the sales part went along fine.. Until I met with the finance manager, Mark Gaviola.. We sat down & he does the usual, trying to sell us all the extra stuff.. I honestly was very tired as I was on my way home after work and had explained to him that all we wanted was the extended warranty and the tire and wheel insurance.. He said "ok, there is to be no negotiation and I'm just going to add $200 over whatever our cost is on both.." So I said "let's hear it." He had told us the extended warranty (4yrs./125k miles) was normally in the range of $1600 but will knock it down to $970, and the tire and wheel insurance is normally around $1000, but will knock it down to $670.. However, we did our homework before we went car shopping and knew that the price on the same extended warranty was only $635 from Midway Toyota in Kansas City.. So from right there, I knew that Mark was lying in that he was only adding $200 over whatever their cost is for both.. I'm a businessman myself and I didn't want to nickle and dime him, but I also wanted to be fair to myself as well since I knew I could get at least $300 off just on extended warranty alone. (not factoring in how much extra I could save on the tire and wheel insurance) I offered $1500, but he said "no" Then he said "let's halve it", and he counteroffered $1570.. I once again, kindly offered $1500, take it or leave it.. He said "no" and I said ok then, I won't buy the extra stuff.. Then I don't know what got into him, but he goes "Then I guess you don't want the car..? You're walking away from this deal just because of $70.." I said I just don't wanna buy the extra stuff, but he says "no, deal's off" It was then when I walked away, thinking, "who does this guy think he is..? Does he think this is the only place where I can buy the car from..? I only came b/c I knew the salesperson as an acquaintance." Anyway, so the salesperson tries to calm me down as I was furious and I ended up going back into the finance office to pick up the car since the salesman was very apologetic about the whole situation.. When we went back in the room together, he goes "You want the car now, eh..? See what happens when you don't listen to me..? I tried to be a gentleman and you just mess it up.." So I said "Excuse me, what makes you think that other people have to listen to everything you tell them to do..? If you go to other dealer to buy a car and already know you can get it for certain price, wouldn't you negotiate with the dealer if he calls out a price much higher than what you thought..?" (And I was really being a gentleman about not trying to nickle and dime him with the deal since he needed to make some money to make a living..) His reply was very sarcastic.. He goes, "you know what, you are right, you are absolutely right, the customer's always right and you're a customer.. Right, everything you say is absolutely right.." I should've just walked away b/c I really really felt angry dealing with this guy, but I only bought the car b/c of the salesman who was an acquaintance of mine.. Now everytime I get in my new car, it's gonna remind me of this finance manager guy, Mark Gaviola.. I'm extremely, extremely unhappy with the memory of buying my first Toyota from Parkway Toyota dealership.. More
The car has some scratches at the delivery, Jason (sales consultant), was very responsive to take care of the issue. It was a wonderful experience. Mr.Tracey made us feel welcomed. It was a smooth transaction. We did not feel pressure, nor rushed in our decision. Everything was explained thoroughly. I work in a corporate office with over 70 employees,I'm spreading the word. Would refer famly members and friends. My husband and I would definitely make another trip from Philadelphia if we ever decide on another purchase whether it be for us or our daughter. More

He made me comfortable from the moment I entered the dealership. Gee did an exceptional job following up, fixing any problems and delivering a very nice vehicle to me at a fair price. Gee was very professional and thorough. He understood what I wanted and made good on all he promised. The work done on the vehicle, especially the body work, was very good. I hate to buy cars and left with a smile on my face. I attribute this to Gee's commitment to the customer and his knowledge of the business. The end result was an overall good experience. We just purchased our 5th Toyota at this dealership from the same excellent sales person, Charlie Cha. Charlie is knowledgeable, very friendly, extremely respectful of his clients' time, and never "pushy," the same excellent sales person, Charlie Cha. Years ago he even took the time to explain and speak with our daughter, far too young to drive at the time. For this latest sale, he knew exactly what we wanted - almost before we did - and was able to provide the information and products we needed to close the deal. (Actually, we just stopped in to see him when we brought one of the Toyotas in for service and he and we realized the time was perfect to trade one of the cars in and pick up a new one...which we did on the spot.) He spent a few hours with me test driving several models of different vehicles. We even drove to a storage garage to pick up a Prius that I test drove back to the dealership. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to accomodoate me, answering all my questions. I also spoke to Philip Ferreira, who was also extremely professional and helped work out a great deal for me. After I made my decision to purchase a 2010 Prius, I sat with Peter Fleming and worked out the finances. Peter Fleming was also extremely professional and explained the contracts and extended warranty to me with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I would definitely guarantee Parkway Toyota to my friends and relatives. I traded in my car for a new Toyota, and I couldn't be happier! More
