I was recommended by 2 friends that bought their Toyota's to Parkway Toyota. Living in Queens, i was reluctant to travel to NJ, with Toyota dealerships right in my area. I was happy I did. I did not feel like I was being rushed through any process by those involved. Emmanuel was especially patient in going over all of the financing options available. Nice location and the cleanliness of the property were added factors in my decision. Having coffee and donuts available for customers was a nice touch. Spacious property with large inventory made it easy to find a vehicle in stock equipped with the accessories that I was looking for. A roomy comfortable sitting area for customers having service performed was also a selling point. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealer to others. More

We had taken our 2006 Sienna in for service. I was delighted to work with Dave and Neil. Before the vehicle was ready my seven year daughter and I decided to take a look around at the showroom. She offered to have a certified sales representative assist us. My daughter was very excited to meet the nicely dressed gentleman by the name of Mike who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although the 2011 Sienna was out of our price range, Mike was very attentive and understanding of my families situation. He introduced us to Ash who offered to take a closer look at their used certified car inventory. We agreed to speak the following day. My husband was able to view the used cars online that evening in the comfort of our own home. We spoke with Ash the following evening and returned to the dealership to speak with Mike and the used car manager Gee. Due to everyones heart felt efforts, our budget was met!
