Parkway Toyota is by far the best Toyota dealership I have been to in my search for my new Sienna. upon arrival I was greeted in the parking lot while I was putting my child in her stroller by a salesper have been to in my search for my new Sienna. upon arrival I was greeted in the parking lot while I was putting my child in her stroller by a salesperson who told me he would show me around the side since there were stairs in the front of the dealership. Once inside he told me to go grab some fresh bagels, donuts and coffee and make myself feel at home. I was then greeted by the sales manager Rodrigo who told me the vehicle I had inquired about was being brought out front for me and he would let me know when it was there for me to go look at. Then Peter Frank came over who was my salesperson. He showed me and my family the car and took me for a test drive. Once we returned I found my wife sitting down and my kids were playing with Lego, coloring books and crayons. Another salesperson happened to be walking by and offered my children lollipops from his secret stash. They assessed my trade in and gave me a very generous offer. Then we talked about the price of the vehicle and within minutes we had struck a deal. They told me I would be driving home in my new car in a couple of hours. We did all the paperwork while they detailed the car. they helped me clean out my trade in and put the items into my new car. Peter then showed my wife every single little feature in the car once it came out ready to drive home. He helped program her navigation, her radio stations and blue tooth for her cell phone. This was a great experience at Parkway Toyota, I had just came from a horrific mind boggling time at Millennium Toyota in long island the day before so this was such a pleasure to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend Parkway Toyota to all. I have bought many cars in my life and this was by far the easiest, painless and stress free experience. I cant wait to return for my first free service on the Sienna. More

We went with intention to buy Toyota Sienna van. My husband had a bad accident with his Nissan Quest and there was a sense of urgency to replace it with a new van. Salesman was knowledgable and we made a deal and left a deposit. Worked with Bob W. (sales mgr) to close deal, planning to get the van we wanted brought over within next two days. Luckily we continued to follow up with one more dealership, just to be sure that we had gotten a good deal since we had to act faster than we would have liked. The second dealership showed us a van that was what they said we had put a deposit on. The van did not have anything between the two front seats, and we found this unacceptable. We went back to Parkway Toyota to ask the salesman and sales mgr if in fact that was accurate. They said it was, and the salesman said he just found out about that fact and was sorry he had not checked sooner., The sales mgr Bob said that he gave us what we wanted, and we hadn't included console specifically in our request. He also said that if we want to pay more we could get what we wanted. He also proceeded to show us that we could order the part and have it installed. At no time did he say he was sorry we were upset, and would try to make things right. When my husband walked away with the salesman to figure out how to proceed, i told Bob how very disappointed I was with his atitude, considering how upset we were. There was no level of customer satisfaction in dealing with him. He did finally make a deal to get the van we wanted at a fair price, but it (he) left such a bad taste in our mouth that we ended up contacting the second place (that had been upfront and honest) and they not only matched the price but did a bit better. I drove the same car ( a Nissan Maxima) for 22 years until it quit one day. Needless to say, I didn't know very much about buying a car, especially from a dealer because my last purchase 22 years ago w until it quit one day. I drove everything SUV made by Honda, Hundai, Nissan, Mazda, Ford and Toyota, and decided I liked the 4Runner the best. I went to 7 different Toyota dealers throughout CT, NY and NJ and my last stop was Parkway. I wish Parkway had been my first stop, but if that happened I probably wouldn't have as much appreciation for the quality of service I received at Parkway, particularly provided by Jase Kim. Initially, James Graham responded to all my preliminary questions and emailed the information I requested. After a full day of driving different used 4Runners at different dealers, I spent 5 hours at Parkway making my final purchase decision and both Jase and Gee Spivak, the Used Car Mgr, were so patient with me. Jase stayed an 3 extra hours that day to help me though the process. The next day I emailed Jase a list of questions and requests which he responded to immediately and completely. Gee made sure the car was polished when I went to pick it up and Jase made sure it had the extras I had requested like the new mats and ball hitch. I live an hour away from Parkway in CT, but it will be my first stop should I decide to buy a Toyota again - another 22 years from now! Parkway is the best! Thanks Parkway, Jase and Gee. More
