I just purchased a Toyota Sienna this weekend from Parkway Toyota. Regina was the first person I spoke with. She was very friendly and diligent and sent me the quotes I requested via email. She also spoke in quite length about the quality of service that parkway would provide. I thought she was excellent so I promised to come in on Saturday to meet with her. I spent three hours at Hackensack Toyota with a nice rep by the name of Bill Eagle before hand, but since I promised Regina I would come into Parkway I ended up there in the late afternoon. Miguel greeted us at the door, which I was disappointed about since I was expecting Regina. We had very different personalities. He kept telling me to calm down which was strange considering I was completely calm. Robert the sales manager came over with a big smile, was friendly, funny, and helpful. They didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so we walked over to the show room and saw a much nicer model that we fell in love with. The car sold itself and we requested a new one. Robert and I agreed upon a price so we purchased the vehicle. My parents came back to pick it up. Miguel did a wonderful job and spent a lot of time with them walking through every detail that the vehicle had to offer and programming everything. Robert called me to follow up and let me know everything went smoothly and Regina also sent a follow up email. Overall I think the team did a very nice job and we are thrilled with our new vehicle.
