We went to parkway toyota after Having a really bad experience in hackensack with another toyota dealer. One of the sales rep called Carlos greet us outside the parking lot. He offered us coffee and donuts then he asked what particular model we were interested in.. I told him we were looking to switch from an SUV where I was paying a lot of money on maintenance.. He said if I was interested on saving gas and having a 4WD vehicle. At that moment he asked us to wait just few minutes.. He pulls up to the front in a beautiful Rav4 and he says lets go for a test drive. We fell in love with the car.. Then the manager Rodrigo came and gave us a warm welcome. He showed us all the numbers and terms up front, not hiding anything like other dealers are used to do.. After and hour, we were driving our new rav4 on our way back home.. The next day Carlos called us to follow-up and see how satisfied we were with our new vehicle.. Thanks Parkway Toyota for having honest and professional people like Carlos and Rodrigo. More

We bought a 2011 Camry LE last week, considering the ongoing clearance offer on the 2011 camry gas models. They were very honest and upfront about the prices, which we appreciated. They helped us reach a mutual agreement. Peter Frank was great, but since he is still relatively younger to Bob and Emmanuel, Mr frank at times seemed over-enthusiastic and nervous. But he did a fantastic job overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars for his service. Bob and Emmanuel were balanced professionals and understood our situation entirely. Overall, great team to have purchased a car from. Would recommend them to any new car buyer. My two cents. More

Went to Parkway with newspaper add in hand. William the salesman very helpful. Then entered the finance man - never got his name. Told us they did not have the deal that was advertised in the newspaper. salesman very helpful. Then entered the finance man - never got his name. He just brushed it off as a national advertised deal. My husband then showed them Parkway Toyota in the ad. Upset by this bait and switch technique we just wanted to leave. My husband asked for our car keys back (they had been taken to check out our trade in). The finance man refused to give us our keys back My husband repeatedly asked, getting louder each time, so I am sure the finance man heard. Finally after numerous times, my husband had to walk into the man's office/cubicle space and take them off of his desk so that we could leave. Will not go back their because of their deceptive advertising and bad customer treatment More

From my initial internet queries with Cathy Telep to working closely with Clinton Ricketts as my main sales guy to working the numbers and making the deal with the sales manager Jeff Miller to very efficiently working thru the financial paperwork with Manuel, the process was smooth & comfortable. In the end I traded in my old car for very fair value and drove off in a beautiful new 2011 car at a reasonable price, fair interest rate and affordable payments. My thanks to each of you for your excellent team-based service and additionally to Clinton for your very knowledgeable guidance and honest feedback and to Jeff for ultimately sealing the deal . I will also add that Parkway Toyota has a wonderful service dept and that David Ermilio and the rest of the service dept staff have the same focus on total customer satisfaction. I have been buying cars and having them serviced when needed for over 30 years now and Parkway Toyota is as good as it gets. And that is why I absolutely recommend these folks for your auto needs !!! We were treated with respect and friendliness. James even picked us up from our house and drove us to the dealership. He asked us all of our requirements and patiently showed us several models until we even picked us up from our house and drove us to the dealership. The dealership was clean and well-organized. All the employees were smiling. Even though buying a car was a big financial move, Parkway Toyota provided a great environment and helped take the pressure off. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Since our friends bought their car from Parkway Toyota we decided to go there as well. We were satisfied with our experience until we met this guy who calls him self a sales manager !!!!! As soon as he found out that we don't have a perfect credit all his demeanor changed. He made us feel like he is doing us a favor by selling us a car. It is hard to believe that this dealership let's this guy to represent them. With no exaggerating this person clearly belongs to an old and dirty used car lot. If you decide to go to this place make sure do not discuss your credit standing until you are done with your negotiations. ( your honesty will be used against you by sleazy people). We ended up purchasing our vehicle from another dealership who treated us with respect and dignity. More
