We went into Parkway Toyota just expecting to browse the showroom. When we walked in, we were greeted by Peter Frank. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient. We owned a Honda Odyssey for the past 6 years, and were not sure whether to continue down the Mini-van route with the Sienna All Wheel Drive, or make the shift to an SUV. Peter took the time to show us all our options. I am happy to say that we are now the owners of a 2012 Toyota Highlander. Peter and Bob Winograd were committed to seeing that we were ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED with the ultimate purchase that we made. We so appreciate the time they spent with us to see that we drove off in the most suitable vehicle for our family’s needs. I'm not going to get into the specifics about my buying experience but I will tell you that I dealt with a few other of the local Toyota dealerships and will say that they do not come close to the professi experience but I will tell you that I dealt with a few other of the local Toyota dealerships and will say that they do not come close to the professionalism, simplicity and class as Parkway did. I knew what I specifically wanted to buy and could have bought from any other of the dealerships (which were all closer) but I chose Parkway because from top to bottom everyone was professional and were excited about my new car as I was. Bob Winograd, Dennis McInerny and Cathy Telep all treated me first rate. These people take their work seriously and is the reason I bought from them. I appreciated his willingness to cut straight to the heart of the deal and he was very accommodating with the features I wanted to add to my car. Most importantly, even during the critical moments of the negotiation, Peter remained very courteous and pleasant to work with. Bob was equally wonderful to work with. He made sure that we felt taken care of, related with us on a personal level and took great pains to ensure that our total experience with Parkway Toyota was a positive one. Additionally, when it came time to approve our negotiation, Bob did so without hesitation and shook hands on the value of my trade-in without having seen the car. After looking at another dealership for a Suburban, and getting really frustrated by not being able to come up with a deal, we continued our search and found a Suburban at Parkway Toyota, in Engelwood Clif getting really frustrated by not being able to come up with a deal, we continued our search and found a Suburban at Parkway Toyota, in Engelwood Cliffs, NJ. We called the internet sales manager Cathy and asked her if there was a way we could be pre-approved for our credit before we drove an hour to the dealership. Obviously, because of our previous experience we did not want to waste our time again. She immediately put us in touch with Jeff Miller, and within three phone conversations and a couple of emails. We were ready to pick up the truck! Jeff was open, honest and forthright with all communications. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Jeff who introduced us to, Seyda Sengul our Sales Associate, who was ready to show us the truck since we did everything else online and over the phone. The truck was nicer in person than online. Once we took a look at the vehicle, we were introduced to Emanuel our finance specialist to sign all necessary paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with and made the paperwork process simple. When we finished the paperwork, Seyda contacted our insurance to cover the vehicle, and escorted us out so that we could leave in our new truck. We really need to thank Jeff and the finance department for getting us out of a negative equity situation with our previous truck and cutting our interest rate in half with an awesome loan. We also have to thank Seyda for taking the time at the of the day and staying late to complete the transition.
