I asked them to check the tire pressure light which has been ON in spite of the fact that the tire pressure in all tires has been fine. I picked up my car, and after driving a few minutes, the tire pressure light went back on. Also, the remote key fob no longer worked to automatically unlock the car, and allow me to start the car without putting the key fob in the slot. Is it possible the battery in my key fob suddenly died? I doubt it. I called them up. I was asked to bring the car back. They told me they couldn't figure out why the key fob wasn't working. I Googled the issue, and discovered there's a cut-off switch for the key fob, under the steering wheel, right next to the tire pressure indicator reset switch. I told them to check it. They did. Now the key fob works. Great. Now I need to get my car. The courtesy pickup is completely unreliable, as now is the second time that they haven't even arrived to pick me up within TWO HOURS of the time they told me someone would be available to pick me up. I'm incredibly frustrated. I don't plan on going back there. More

Good experience, found the car we wanted (4Runner), prepared it well and delivered it to us the next day. There was some confusion about the time to pick up the car so we had to come back later but, o prepared it well and delivered it to us the next day. There was about an hour wait then but we were kept informed of the progress. The price was fair for the amount of mileage on the 4Runner. They gave us some credit for our trade-in, a 15 year old VW Passat with 200,000 miles. Both Sayda and Gee were professional, courteous,and well-informed. This is our third purchase from Parkway Toyota and we will return for the next car! More

When I went to check out the truck I was greeted by one of the managers Bob Winograd.He introduced me to one of the sales reps Jase Kim, together they put a package together for me that I couldn't refuse! Even Peter in the finace department worked hard to get me the best rate. Everything about this dealership and my experience was top notch!!! More

In June of 2007, I traded in my 1994 Camry for a new Camry (at the time). After visiting a couple of Toyota dealers in NJ, I settled on Parkway Toyota because I felt a connection, no pressure and excel Camry (at the time). After visiting a couple of Toyota dealers in NJ, I settled on Parkway Toyota because I felt a connection, no pressure and excellent customer service. I loved my 2007 Camry but sadly in the beginning of November, 2011 I had a run in with a deer on the NJ Turnpike and I totaled my car. The deer was toast but thankfully I walked away without a scratch. After thinking about a replacement car, I came to the realization that Toyota Camry may have saved my life and I would be crazy not to stick with them. I went back to Parkway Toyota and I was greeted with the same courtesy and professionalism that I have come to expect. I could not ask for a better sales team and I would recommend them without question. The price was negotiated to my satisfaction but the next day they announced a promotion which would have netted me a $500 VISA CARD if I purchased the car a few days later. Had I know I would have waited. They would not give me the gift card which is why I rated them a 4 on price. Overall, there is no question that my experience with Parkway Toyota was phenomenal and I will continue to have my car serviced there as well. More

The best experience I've had at a dealership/car related establishment. My sales rep Kevin Lee was VERY patient while I went through a list of needs and wants for my new car. He didn't even back-seat-drive while I test drove the RAV4 :) The general sales manager, Bob Winograd, made the most dreaded part of buying a car painless! I felt very comfortable with the trade-in price for my 10 year old car and the great deal he offered me with the new. The whole atmosphere in this dealership is very relaxed and friendly. Even the finalizing of the sale by Mark Gaviola would've gone smoothly had it not been for my old car title going MIA then not valid... Despite all the confusion and hassle they have been generously patient with the situation and still is. I really feel like they went the extra mile for me and for that reason, I will go the extra mile (over 2 bridges and tolls) to get my car serviced here. Plus I like that I have a service rep (Peter Leigh) I feel comfortable with that I can call with any concerns/questions about the car. My Sales Person John Decepida was professional, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. John explained everything in terms I could understand and got right to the point. The Sales Manager, Bob Winograd helped me get what I wanted at a price I could afford. They were courteous, didn't try to sell me something I could not afford and actually cared about me as a client.
