I must say that I am not usually one to do reviews but felt compelled to write this one. The dealership had a used Prius that I was interested in and I came in after a 2 hour drive from Connecticut with felt compelled to write this one. The dealership had a used Prius that I was interested in and I came in after a 2 hour drive from Connecticut with cash and 100% intention to buy the car but at a fair price since it was not exactly what I was looking for. We took the car for a test drive and everything checked out with my sales person Jase being quite knowledgeable. After a quick spin, I was ready to negotiate. We started out in quick fashion and immediately hit a stumbling block. The answer was quick which was that their pricing was aggressive and the most they would budge was $200. After some back and forth with Bob, the manager, and getting nowhere I left. Bob is your standard used salesman trying his infamous line "would you really leave over $$$?" After a used car has been on the lot for close to 2 months, one would hope that they would negotiate in earnest especially after Memorial Day. Well best of luck to them... More

We initially went to Parkway Toyota to speak with Cathy, the internet sales manager, but ended up talking to Alex as Cathy was setting up for a BBQ during Memorial Day weekend. Everything went great with Alex as we talked some of the details about the Highlander and eventually took it for a test drive. We left that day without making a purchase as we were still evaluating several other makes and models, and eventually came back to the Highlander. When we went in to set up the deal, everything was very smooth with the exception of driving to the warehouse in Teaneck to get the car, which is something I felt should have been done by someone at the dealership. We drove the car home that day which was great, and everything has been smooth sailing since. More

Parkway was fine is selling me the car. The price adequate, and the staff was attentive. But the follow-up was terrible. When I picked up the car, the service department gave me an expired inspection adequate, and the staff was attentive. But the follow-up was terrible. When I picked up the car, the service department gave me an expired inspection sticker. I wound up with $65 NYC parking ticket. When I contacted the dealer to complain, no one returned my calls. Sure - $65 is pittance compared to the price of a vehicle. But Parkway's unprofessional follow-up will prompt me to go elsewhere the next time I buy a car. More
