The people at the dealer were very friendly, accommodating, from the front desk receptionist to the finance specialist. From the first step I took into the dealer, the salesman came up to me, asking if i needed any assistance. He had deeply considered our family's financial situation, and my father's physical condition and p came up to me, asking if i needed any assistance. There is no other dealer I can think of where I get the best deal but Parkway Toyota. I consider myself a very selective shopper. If I don't like the people I'm dealing with I simply don't do business wit best deal but Parkway Toyota. I consider myself a very selective shopper. If I don't like the people I'm dealing with I simply don't do business with them. My experience in Parkway Toyota was EXCELLENT!!! I expended like a month or so browsing around for the best deal in a new 4x4 SUV visiting a bunch of other dealers in the area only to realize that Parkway Toyota was the only place where I could find the best deal enhanced with the best shopping experience. The entire staff was very friendly, yet I have to mention Bob Winograd, the general sales manager, who assisted us throughout the entire buying process. He took good care of us and then lead us to Jase Kim who was also very helpful explaining everything related to the new car. Not only I bought the SUV I wanted but I also brought my dad who bought a new Toyota Corolla. We are very grateful to Bob for his tremendous service and detailed attention and for exceeding our expectations. I highly recommend Parkway Toyota. Don’t wait any longer and go there for you’ll never regret choosing them. More

Upon visiting Parkway Toyota to service my 2010 toyota Camry SE, I wanted to stop by the sales team to check out the 2012 Venza, I was greeted by receptionist who then called for a sales rep. I was then welcomed by the General sales Manager Bob Winograd who introduced me to Doug Tracy. Doug reintroduced hIm self and walked me over to his desk, we started to talk about what brought me in and I told him that I needed to lower my payments and would like a larger vehicle for my family and was really interested in the Toyota Venza, We began there paperwork process and talked about what options in the car that I would like, during the conversation I brought up the main reason was to reduce my monthly payments with that in mind I decided that it would be best for me to upgrade to the new 2012 Camry xle and not to over my budget. Doug and I took a trip to their off site location where we looked at the base model xle and I decided that this was the car for me so we drove back to the dealership to start the tough negotiation but after talking with Emmanuel Siskopulos the finance manager the price of new Camry would of kept me at my current payment. I immediately said to Emmanuel that would not work for me and I really need to get to a lower payment and I really wanted to trade my 2010 Camry to a Venza. Thats when it all came together Emmanuel introduced me to the current special of 0 percent on a 2012 model Venza and that would get me to my targeted goal and it would be the suv that I initially walked into the dealership for. We took a look at what they had in stock and decided to take a second trip with Doug who is the most professional sales rep that I have ever had the pleasure to transact with. Doug took several copies of keys with him so that I can be comfortable with the color option as well as the model option and at most options for me to choose from. When we got back to the dealership we began to finalize the process with Emmanuel and Bob, at that point I had to pick up my 17month old daughter and wife to experience the professionalism of the team at Parkway Toyota and to share the experience of our new car. When we got to the dealership there was more that I expected, Doug had the car filled with gas and completely detailed inside and out, Emmanuel had all the paper work ready and Bob was there to make sure that everything went smoothly. As my 17 month old destroyed Emmanuel's office we started a conversation about his family and that moment Bob walked in and it felt like I was part of their family. We left the dealership feeling confident and at ease also enjoying our new car from Parkway Toyota. More
