I had an awesome experience. I was greeted at the airport to Pedro who shuttled me to the dealership. We had a pleasant conversation about the dealership and a little about his personal life. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Cathy who has been individual that I have been speaking with since I found the car that I was interested in. Upon arrival I was seated to speak with Seyda Sengul and she took me to the car, asked me several times if I wanted something to drink, and had me sign some paper. I liked that everyone was realy concerned about how far I had came to see the car. I was just as impressed that they would send someone to come and get me from the airport. I forgot to mention that they had the vehicle detailed before I got there. I would highly recommend Parkway Toyota to anyone I know looking for a good car and a good dealership. Went to Parkway to trade in my old Lexus and get a more sizable minivan (2012 Sienna). I knew what I was looking for going in and they made every attempt to locate the car I wanted without trying to guide sizable minivan (2012 Sienna). We quickly agreed on a price, I received a decent trade-in value on my old vehicle, and they retrieved my new vehicle from more than 100 miles away by the next day. I was not in the market to buy a car until my son totaled the last one I gave him and my wife told me it was my idea to give him the one I was driving. Not a very enviable position to be in but I have to tell you that the situation ended much better than I feared. I was looking for a Prius C "two" but had chosen other vehicles from other manufacturers for comparisons. I was lucky in that in New Jersey/Tri-State area a number of dealerships were beginning to receive their inventory. After some visits and test drives I was down to three dealerships but it was only Cathy and Jase who began to work in earnest - all through the internet. While in Florida I was able to (1) obtain the pertinent information; (2) obtain a good-great price; (3) obtain better financing than I could at my bank, and (4) Edgar picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. I am still taking care of some things that I forgot in the rush but everything still is going well. This experience is so antithetical to any buying experience I've had in my 57 years (40 of them buying cars) that I still am sharing the experience with other people, now through this website. Sure - you still have to be prepared but I can't say enough positive things about my experience. More

The lease on my current Prius was coming to an end and I was looking to lease a new Pruis V. I went to the Hackensack Dealership, which is closer to my home in Teaneck, but their service was so bad, I went was looking to lease a new Pruis V. Each time I dealt with a different sales person and they could not give me a straight answer. I told them I wanted a quote, so that I could then compare prices with other dealers. After being told that the price they gave me was their best offer, the sales person encouraged me to go somewhere else to compare, so I did. I looked up dealerships near me and came up with Parkway Toyota. I was immediately greeted by Carlos Guerrero and his calm, not pushy demeanor made me comfortable from the beginning. His first offer was less than the previous dealership and when I told him that I needed a lower down payment, he worked with me until I had a price I can afford.
