We had been looking for a new car for several months and visited many different brands and dealerships. I have to say I have never had an experience with a dealership like I had with Parkway Toyota. This dealership is excellence. Our salesperson Carlos Guerrero was the finest sales rep I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating showing us many vehicles with patience, kindness, respect and pure sincerity, he never rushed us in anyway, he listened to what we said. I had many questions and he answered every one of them and what he didn't know he made sure to get me an answer right on the spot. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him direct should I have any questions or concerns and I did a couple of times and he was right there for me every time, he is a man of his word. Carlos is exceptional and I highly recommend him when you visit Parkway Toyota. At the time of our purchase which went extremely smooth we met with Mark Gaviola, Finance Manager. Mark is the kindest, nicest, friendliest, most personable gentleman, he made us feel so relaxed and at ease, answering any questions we had and then some, smiling and joking all the while, just a really great guy all in all. I had gone back a week later and inquired about an additional warranty program they had, spoke to Mark and again Mark was so nice, answered all my questions and told me to call anytime if he could be of any help. I had also spoke with Jeff Miller, Manager, who accommodated me, he was patient, kind and considerate and have also had the pleasure to meet with Edgar Buenconsejo as well. I came in for an additional accessory, met with Edgar, Edgar took my vehicle, returned it to me 30 mins later then apologized for taking a little longer saying that he had my vehicle washed while I was waiting. I went in to Parkway Toyota thinking this would be the beginning of a long car buying process but it was so fast and easy. Negotiations were easy as they were quick to give me discounts, and extended mileage to meet my budget and needs. It took me a couple of days and a bit more research to make my decision but I couldn't find a better deal. Jeffrey Urbina was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions and Jase Kim was wonderful at crunching the numbers to get me a good deal in the final process. I am so happy and pleased with my experience at Parkway Toyota and I highly recommend doing business with them. More
