I have never had a better car buying experience then I did with Bob and Dave. I spoke with Bob (the GM) on the phone and when we were done, I had 2 cars on order for LESS then I expected to pay. David was not your typical shady salesman he took the time to go over our concerns and even found legos to give my boys while we discussed our options. David then introduced us to the sales manager Bob who was excellent. He really understood the budget we needed to stick to and found us the best option. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Parkway Toyota and its staff have earned a client for life. I have told all of my friends and family. So if your looking for a place to buy a car make sure you stop at Parkway Toyota and ask for David and Bob. More

When Working With Clinton he made sure that I recieved quality service, he made sure leasing the car was quick and painless. Kevin Lee is an exceptionally polite and friendly person who understood that buying a vehicle is a large investment, so he never pushed or rushed us to purchase a car. He went above and beyond to try to find the best deal for us, and for that we greatly thank him and highly recommend him! The gentleman who helped us in the financing department also heard about our arduous experience there three years ago when we purchased a Toyota RAV4, so he did everything he could to make the whole process as quick and painless as possible, and we thank him and praise him for his efficiency. All in all, we highly recommend this dealership and the two gentlemen who helped us during our experience here. More
I initially went to Toyota of Hackensack. We were buying TWO new Toyotas and paying cash. How much easier could it be? We spent two hours with a totally apathetic salesman. There was very little, if any, customer courtesy or interest. It was like he knew that the Camry basically sells itself and that he didn't need to try to be anything other than what people think of when they hear "car salesman". The room we sat in looked pathetic. Before anything else, we were asked if the price was right were we going to buy immediately. Upon leaving the showroom they asked for a deposit. We would not buy a car there even if the price was right... which it wasn't. At Parkway Toyota, from the minute we stepped into their beautiful showroom, we were totally impressed. We were greeted at the door by an exceptionally courteous saleswoman named Seyda Sengul. She invited us to sit down at her desk in a professional setting. AS we were trading in 2 Camry's, she asked the sales manager to start his appraisal while we chatted about family and stuff. At Hackensack, after sitting around for one-and-a-half hours, discussing what kind of car we wanted, the salesman then got the sales manager to appraise the car which took another half hour. Here, they realize that your time is important also and have everything organized. They offered coffee or tea. The sales manager came over and introduced himself to us. Things about the warranty were discussed as well as a rebate available. Hackensack never mentioned anything and when they gave us a price, did not include the rebate figuring if we didn't ask, then didn't have to mention it either. Seyda could not have been nicer or more considerate. I overheard conversations with other salespeople and they were ALL exceptionally considerate of their customers. Finally, they gave us a price that was $700 less than Hackensack ( taking into consideration the rebate). This is the way you want your experience to be when buying a car. They went out their way to sell us two cars without ever pressuring us. I highly recommend Parkway Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. I thought because they were in the exclusive Englewood township that they would be higher price and pushy. I was totally wrong. More

I usually don't like care dealerships. So, I have come up with my own strategy.....do your homework and learn about the car you are interested in. Understand the prices, the options and the availability. Then go online and find an honest salesman who is hungry for the deals and willing to negotiate either online or on the phone. Bob Winograd and David Volpe are the guys that I found. Great reviews online, and just as honest and pleasant in person. I brought them my elderly dad to buy a Camry XLE, and even though the car had been negotiated online, they still sat with him for hours and even sweetened the deal a bit more to make him really happy with the negotiating process. On a personal note, I have to say that these are two really likeable fellows. So, if you are tired of the average car salesman who deals with you based on scripts (where they have each conversation preplanned) and sales-gimmicks ("this price is only good for the next 30 minutes"), then do your homework and then contact these 2 honest men at Parkway Toyota. [Note: I was not the car buyer in this transaction, my review is as the adult son of the buyer. I did witness about 90% of the transaction. Based upon what I saw, my next Toyota will definitely be from Bob and Dave at Parkway Toyota.] More
Search online for an used Sienna and found several at Parkway Toyota, dealt with John Cusick per email. Another car that I narrowed down was also sold but a more expensive one was available....of course Does this dealership intentionally do the bait and switch?!? More
