Buyers beware!!!! This place sells car that have lot damage and don’t do a good job covering it!!!My mom was fooled on buying a car that was certified by a Toyota Technician 4 months ago. She did not n damage and don’t do a good job covering it!!!My mom was fooled on buying a car that was certified by a Toyota Technician 4 months ago. She did not notice the slight color differences on the right front fender and on the hood the day she bought it or she was not made aware that this vehicle was hit. When we called the sales department a very rude sale manager name Jeffery Miller said we was not going to do nothing about it, because I could of painted somewhere else or even painted it myself plus he said there is not wrong with the paint on the right fender and the hood. I contacted Toyota crop which they said Robert Cosica well contact me in three business day to fix this matter, until this date I have not receive a call from him or anybody else from the Parkway Toyota , 4 month ago they wanted my business so they gave a dam then. No one cares now. Never again buying a car there!! More

When entering the dealership we were greeted by Dave Volpe,who is one of the sales people. Explaining to him that we were not looking to buy a vehicle but need information on the Toyota Highlander. We were very surprised on how much knowledge he had on the vehicle. I must have drove the poor guy nuts I asked him over 100 questions about the vehicle.and not at one time did he act like we were wasting his time. Because of him I am the proud owner of a new Toyota Highlander, he was not only a great salesperson but a concierge to his customers. So I recommend you to ask for Dave Volpe when you step in the door. More
