What makes working with Mr. Winograd so painless is his willingness to communicate back and forth quickly by phone or email as the discussions progress toward an agreement as well as his ability to listen to my explanations and understand my needs as a customer. I was able to know in advance the exact cost of all accessories and fees so I had no surprises. Everything was exactly as promised with no games. I went in last week to look at a minivan that I found on the Parkway website. I was greeted at the front by a friendly employee (who's name escapes me now) and was shown around the lot to look at the cars I the Parkway website. I had come by friend referral to see sales consultant Kevin Lee, who could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured at all and was never given a "hard sell" like I have been at previous dealers. There are no shady dealers' tactics at Parkway. I asked to have my trade-in assessed and was given the keys back within 15 mins and given a very fair price for my trade-in. Once we agreed upon the price--I was referred to Finance Manager Jase Kim who handled the transaction smoothly from there. Viewing/selecting my car, assessing trade-in took all of 1.5 hours. I had to go pick up my kid from school, and Jase and Kevin assured me the car would be ready for pickup within 2 hours. I came back and the paperwork was all set and ready to go. This was my 3rd time purchasing a car and by far, it was the easiest, most seamless purchase I ever made. I never felt pressured or questioned whether I was getting a good, fair deal. I appreciated that they didn't try to pull typical dealer tactics such as holding onto your keys, hard sell for a more expensive car etc. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family enthusiastically. The sales person Patrick made it very transparent. He very patiently stood with me for 3 test drives and was kind enough to drop me back to my home as I came in another car. He also had wonderful knowledge about places to spend on weekend and was never away from facts while seling the car. i will rate 5/5 without any second thought and will come back again for next purchase. From the moment we entered Parkway, we were treated respectfully and warmly. We went to Parkway to look at 3 Certified Pre-Owned Toyotas. We were very interested in one of the cars, but wanted to take a day to think it over. Kevin encouraged us to do just that. He also introduced us to the General Sales Manager, Bob Winograd, who was equally as gracious and helpful. Kevin and Bob said to call if we wanted to purchase the car, and they would hold it for us. We called the next day, and Bob placed 2 of the 3 cars we test drove on hold. When we returned to Parkway to purchase the car, Peter Frank helped to complete the transaction (it was Kevin's day off). He was a pleasure with which to work, also. While we were finishing all the paperwork, Kevin actually stopped by just to make sure we were happy with the service, etc. He had already taken the liberty of ordering us a second master key for the car (without any additional fee). I would highly recommend Parkway Toyota to anyone seeking a pleasant, low-stress, fair car-buying experience. More
