Went in without an appointment, but was immediately attended to by Mr. David Volpe. We told him the car we were interested in and we took it out for a spin. To our surprise, after a little Q&A at his desk we were agreed on a price and were ready to buy. Mr. Volpe made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. He also thoroughly answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and happily went back and forth to breakdown our numerous payment options. Their "finance guy," Mr. Jason, was meticulous in the description of all fees and costs and wrapped up the whole process nice and neat. Mr. Volpe, Mr. Jason and Parkway Toyota gave us a fantastic car buying experience and great deal on a great car. If we ever need a car in the future we'll be heading right back to Parkway Toyota. I would easily recommend Mr. Volpe and Parkway Toyota to our friends. More

I was introduced to Francesco Daniele, who showed me several cars that fit my exact needs, allowed me to test drive many of them, never lost patience with my (sometimes silly) questions, and guided me through the differences of buying a car vs. leasing a car (as I've never leased before). He was able to negotiate a great price for the car for me with his manager. He also answered any questions that I had and I finally purchased a lease on a brand new metallic gray 2015 RAV4 that was fully loaded! I look at that car in my garage and I just want to drive it now for no reason! Also, I can't wait until the miserable NJ winter comes as I will be fully prepared to handle it with this AWD vehicle! Without any hint of hard-sell, salesman David Volpe listened to our needs and recommended a slightly used 2012 Camry with very low mileage and a clean service record...for LESS money than the cars we had been considering. Dave was great, and even rearranged his personal schedule with almost no advance notice to bring the car to be checked out by our mechanic before we made our final decision. Thanks, Dave! More

That said, I came into Parkway Toyota yesterday (after already visiting Prestige) with the mentality of seriously wanting to get a car. I was recommended Francesco Daniele, who was above and beyond my prior experience. He walked me through the various equipment, all options, and sort of felt out my perspective of wanting the car. Then we went to his desk to hone in on 2-3 cars, the different makes, color, style and we really went to work. I never felt like he was giving me the run around and throughout the negotiations he was very positive and supportive of what I was thinking.
