I recently visited this dealership and I must say Antonio Campos is truly an asset to the company, He listened closely to my concerns, had a mechanic get right on my car, within minutes, examined every inch of the car and even put it on a lift to make sure the car was OK. He was so courteous, kind, patient, understanding, sincere and compassionate to my needs. Mr. Campos goes above and beyond for the customer, truly an asset to Toyota. Samuel Choung, another service consultant at this dealership who goes the extra yard, he explains in detail and addresses all your questions with patience and kindness. In all honesty, Parkway Toyota is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with.
