Positive, Painless Experience with Andy Kim and Parkway I live in lower Manhattan but went out to Parkway because the company that owns all of the Toyota dealerships in NYC is a nightmare. I bought a new 2 I live in lower Manhattan but went out to Parkway because the company that owns all of the Toyota dealerships in NYC is a nightmare. I bought a new 2016 Highlander Hybrid. Most impressively, the 2017 model was about to come out and I was told the base price was going to be dropped meaningfully from 2016, as Toyota had found the differential between the hybrid and gas models was too high. We negotiated the price of the 2016 model I bought off the new 2017 base price for the same car. The honesty was impressive and appreciated, and the rest of the transaction was painless, including installation of a few mods I required. More

He knows his product like the back of his hand - ran through every bell and whistle on the 2016 Limited Plus Highlander for me and then did it all again for my boyfriend post-sale. He gave me a great price (and 0% interest) and even happily assisted in planning my boyfriend's birthday surprise. (He drove the bow donned truck to the restaurant where we were dining and pretended to be the valet as he handed the keys to the truck to my boyfriend!) He also helped us donate the old car to charity. He really can't seem to do enough for you. His manager Jeff Miller was terrific too, as was Emanuele in finance. When we're ready for our next truck, I'm calling Andy at Parkway. Oh, and he didn't (pun alert) steer me wrong with the Highlander. I told Kevin exactly what I was looking for and he was able to find the exact car I was looking for at the price range I was comfortable with. We were able to finalize the deal in about an hour as he cared about the customer and did not play games with me regarding the target price I was willing to pay.
