Initially I spoke with Kathy Talep on the phone, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the promotions that Toyota was running. When we arrived on Saturday, we met with Sales Rep Andy Kim. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and I am happy to say Andy was a true professional. I have never dealt with anybody like him. I only wish he was my Sales Rep at Biener Audi when I was purchasing a new vehicle. He treated us with great respect. He was very patient and helpful. My Aunt picked up her new car on Monday, Andy picked her up at her residence which was nearby. He spent the time to educate and go through everything about her new vehicle. Keep in mind she is replacing a 2000 Toyota Camry. I will refer Andy to my family and friends when they are ready to purchasers a new Toyota even if they have to cross the river from NY. More
