As soon as i walked in all of the employees were extremely nice and welcoming. They tried to get my assistance right away and make sure that I was a satisfied customer from the minute I entered the building. I was interested in leasing a safe and affordable car from Toyota and Bob Winograd made my decision so much easier. He told me all of the amazing features in all of the cars which allowed me to finally decide on a Toyota. Bob and sales representative Danny Cigercioglu were kind enough to thoroughly explain why the Toyota Corolla was the best option for me. The entire staff was nothing but a pleasure to work with. They gave me the best deal possible on the car that I felt safest in. Bob Winograd is one of the managers at Parkway Toyota and he is an amazing employee as well as person he is very well educated about every single vehicle. Danny is also a very kind man who is also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and made my experience a pleasure with his great personality. Unfortunately the vehicle with my exact specifications was not on the lot; which I never was expecting. Never at any time did anyone try to sell me something I was not looking for. I was offered a price that no other dealer could beat. The order for my truck was placed and I was on my was on my way. I was updated periodically on the status of the build of my truck in Austin TX. I received a call the day before my truck arrived allowing me to make time to pick it up. The truck was prepped beautifully.
