I went to or called many Toyota dealerships to check on the availability of the color we wanted. No one but Andy Kim and his manager at Parkway Toyota were able to track down the car of our dreams! Not only that, they arranged for the car to picked up in Rhode Island and brought to New Jersey! Andy Kim arranged for processing our New York State registration and even moved the belongings in the trunk of our 12 year old Prius into our new Camry without our asking him to. He treated us (senior citizens) as if we were family! He went over the car's features with great depth and patience before we drove out of the dealership. Andy has always been available to answer the various questions we had about our new car by phone since we got it two months ago! Andy Kim is very knowledgable about the car and its features and never makes us feel like we are disturbing him with our questions. Who ever heard of customer service like this! I had researched the value of my trade-in and prospective purchase and we struck a deal in about 30 seconds with no BS. Sales manager Bob Winograd stepped in personally to locate the model and color I selected and had it shipped down from Boston. Overall, the sales experience was 10 out of 10. Seamless, professional and courteous. This is what the car buying experience should be like. And, by the way, I am very happy with the car. More

She introduced me to Franco, and he took me through the process of looking at a comparable Toyota vehicle to my BMW x1. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on all features of the RAV 4, his manner was extremely pleasant, professional, patient and I never felt pressured. It was his excellent service that convinced me to surrender my BMW lease and move into a Toyota. Being in the sales industry myself, I know the importance of making the selling experience a pleasant one. Franco and the entire team at Parkway, including the Finance Mgr, and Bob Winograd made sure this was executed, not only for myself, but other clients as well, as I noticed the other interactions going on during my time in the dealership. Bob was personally interacting with all clients working with various members of the sales team. Incompetent Service Center Not less than "three" times to go back just to get my concern about noise over driver side dashboard fixed. The fourth times was told "no noise" and after I brought to other service center in the first time visit got fixed immediately and what was upset me was this is a serious problem on steering wheel and I will lost my coverage on my warranty if I were not got it fixed earlier as the warranty will expire soon. I have decided not to trust my new Toyota Camry to service in there anymore. What a incompetent Toyota Service Center I have ever seen. I will also write to Toyota company in Japan to ask what grounds they awarded this best service team??? More

We were treated with the utmost respect and felt at ease the entire process due to the highly competent and genuine manner in which everyone adheres to. Bob Winograd is the MOST down to earth and sincere General Sales Manager that we have ever met! He does not play games and keeps things as smooth and simple as possible. Kenny Lee gave us a knowledgeable and detailed tour of our new Rav4 and all of its technology and safety features as well as efficiently getting us through all the paper work in a timely fashion. Cathy Telep was the first person I spoke with on the phone when making the appointment. Her genuine and friendly demeanor on just a short phone call was perfect. After only speaking with him for a few minutes he found me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was so conscientious and knowledgeable about taking every measure possible to make purchasing/leasing cost effective for the consumer. I was really needing to find a vehicle that day, and he made it practically effortless for me, also expediting the whole process quickly. He was genuinely caring, kind and patient. In addition, he provided me with auto insurance assistance where I ended up paying $100.00 less per month than I would have paid with my previous provider. I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with a number of dealers. Again, I've never had a better experience.
