Easy, stress-free car buying experience I was dreading having to buy a new after I was in an accident that led to my car being totaled. I had minimal time in my busy schedule to dedicate to shopping around and finding the right used car at the right price. Thank goodness for Cathy Telep and Franco Daniele at Parkway Toyota! I had inquired online about a used Subaru Crosstrek available at Parkway Toyota, and Cathy reached out to me to answer any questions and assist me in this process. She continued to reach out to me here and there throughout the week to check in without being overbearing and annoying. Her subtle persistence made me want to go check out Parkway, and I'm very happy I did. Cathy set me up with Franco Daniele who was fantastic!! He was incredibly personable, knew his stuff, and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid or forced into anything I wasn't comfortable with. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I had many presumptions about what a nightmare the process would be. I was expecting pompous men who only cared about making a sale and thought they could take advantage of me because I am a young woman. I am happy to report that my experience at Parkway Toyota with Franco shattered those assumptions and was, dare I say, enjoyable. Coming from a sales background, I was incredibly impressed. Awesome salesman, polite, honest, he did everything to help me out and gave me an awesome deal that was in my budget!! not only that but everything from beginning to end went perfectly smoothly and I drove out there with a 2017 RAV4.
