A stress free experence I had done an internet search to find my wife the exact vehicle she wanted, a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum in Blizzard Pearl. I had I had done an internet search to find my wife the exact vehicle she wanted, a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum in Blizzard Pearl. I had reached out to several dealers that listed the vehicle but upon speaking with them I learned that they didn't actually have it. I then spoke with the Internet Sales Manager from Parkway Toyota, Cathy Telep she said that they had the vehicle and quoted a price that was $500 less than my Costco Member price. Kathy set up an appointment later that day with Sales Consultant Clinton Ricketts. When I arrived Clinton promptly met with me and we discussed the purchase of the new vehicle, the trade in of my old vehicle and financing options. Clinton introduced me to the General Sales Manager Bob Winograd who worked out a very fair trade in price for my old car and he was able to obtain financing for the same rate that my credit union was offering. I had asked Bob if he could get a big red bow for the Highlander and he did! I must commend Parkway Toyota for the no stress, no up-selling one stop shopping experience. Parkway Toyota goes out of their way to satisfy their customers. More
