I first met with Jerry in 2007, searching for a certified pre-owned X3. Although I was unsuccessful at that time (I ended up leasing a Saab 9-3), I was determined to get my dream car this year! He worked with me for almost 3 months, and he helped me find just the right vehicle (of course, I had specific mileage/color parameters, and it had to be an '07 model!). I picked up my 2007 CPO X3 (titanium silver with black interior) last week, and I love it. I really appreciate the time Jerry took to help me with my search. This is our second BMW which we purchased from another dealership and this experience with Park Avenue BMW superseded any experience we've had previously. I have been to many dealerships and this particular one really values the clients. It's not just about making the sale. Including the manager Angelo Zito who came over and worked out a deal in such a classy way. It didn't end with the sale, in fact, Michael made himself available for questions, and continued support well after the sale was completed. I was also very impressed by the way Michael took time to demonstrate how the new itechnology works. I even have to share my experience with Suze who assisted in all the paperwork, she was friendly, and extremely efficient. I enjoyed our experience so much that I haven't stopped telling my friends and family about it. I recently leased a new 328 XI from Park AVE BMW and I have to admit, it has been very pleasant experience. It started from the time I made the deal with them which was very fantastic.
