He had a service consultant ( Eric) write up my service order and got my car right into the service area. They set the expectation that it would take about 2 hrs to complete the work which I thought was key instead of just having me sit there with no clue on how long the job would take. My car was finished in less than the expected 2 hour time and I was on my way. I would recommend Park Ave Service to everyone. They are running at a high efficiency at this location. Stopped in for a minor repair without an appointment (reflector had dropped out of the bumper). Park Avenue replaced it while I waited with hardly question.
