Jeremy is very personable, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions - even on his day off he replied to my emails. He’s very easy to get along with and does not use pressure tactics. He set up a Spartanburg delivery for me the last time (this has additional paperwork and logistics to set up) which was a great experience and went off without any problems – I would recommend everyone try it at least once. We may do it again this time if my schedule permits. I have already recommended Jeremy to several friends and most have ordered a car with him. Gregg Berkowitz was very receptive and gave me a fair price from the beginning. Craig was professional and easy-going. I did have an issue with the communication between the two salespersons. This was not a big deal but I want to give them fair and honest feedback. The only difficulty was in the transfer of the business from Gregg to Craig, I was not sure who I was negotiating with. I was never told that Craig was the person to deal with by Gregg until I made multiple phone calls and emails. I was told a minimum price to be given for my trade-in by Gregg but never given a chance to negotiate with Craig. I think there was a poor transfer of information from Gregg to Craig. This may have been due to the holiday or a lack of communication. Nevertheless, overall it was a fair price and a very positive experience. I travelled 240 miles to purchase this car and I would do it again. I have already reccomended their dealership to a friend here in MA. More
