In dealing with my flat tire, Richard took all of the necessary and detailed steps in order to diagnose the problem. But what most impressed me was the human touch Richard exhibited when communicating to me what my options were in resolving the issue with my tire. After driving my vehicle out of your dealership (after the tire issue was resolved), I got a warning signal that something was wrong with my all wheel drive system. I brought my vehicle back for service and was hoping for the best. Richard called me the next day and told me that there was a problem with transfer case actuator. Richard also told me that he was able to get the repair fixed as a courtesy to me even though my warranty had just elapsed. Richard said "it was a no brainer" in describing why he felt he wanted to help me out. Richard's effort in helping me out with this repair will probably be the best Christmas gift I get this year. Based on this heart warming experience, I will not only be a customer of your dealership but recommend it to other people as well. I'm from Connecticut and found the pricing from Park Ave to be much better than what I was getting here in my state. My rep at Park Ave was Luis Valencia, who made the whole buying process easy. Quick note: On my first visit to Park Ave I stopped in on a Saturday at about closing. I met Luis and I never had the feeling that I had to rush. I decided though that I would come back on another day. The next time we talked was on Wed of the following week. We worked out the details of the deal thru phone and email, and that evening I was driving my cpo beemer. So that I could take my car that night they got me a temp registration and mailed me my new one. Everything when seamlessly. I would highly recommend Park Ave and Luis Valencia to anyone considering a BMW. By the way this is my first beemer and I can tell you this car is great. I now have fun driving. It has exceeded my expectations just as Park Ave and Luis Valencia have. Keep up the great work. Thanks. More
