Rob (Ermatinger) was incredibly patient, and provided as much information and help as possible during all three of my visits. He took time to carefully explain all the vehicle options, and even followed up with a phone call a week later, to check on things. Overall, I have been very pleased with the buying experience, and with the car (although I have been driving it for only one week). I would certainly recommend the dealership and Rob to anyone looking for a BMW in the NY/NJ area. More

When I first spoke with Naeem, the car had not gone thro I was searching for a pre-own certified BMW 335i at BWMUSA and found one at Park Avenue BMW. When I first spoke with Naeem, the car had not gone through the certification process. He called me back when it is ready and I stopped by for a test drive on a Saturday afternoon. He was knowledgable and answered all the questions I have. By the end, he made me a good deal and I signed the paper work within 1 hr from walking into the door. Then he has been taking care all the paper work and get my car really. It was a 100% smooth this morning to pick my car. I feel he deserve me to spend some time to write about how great the expereince has been. More
