Because of my past car buying experiences - being swarmed by salespeople as soon as I arrived and always unsure if I was really getting the best deal - I dreaded having to go through it again. I started to look online to educate myself and came across BMW internet sales. I was contacted immediately by Luis Valencia. Luis was very pleasant from the start. He did not overwhelm me with continuous calls or emails but was clear that he was there to answer any of my questions. When I finally had some time to go to the dealership, I called Luis who made plans to meet with me that afternoon (on his day off). He quickly identified what I was (and was not) interested in and showed me their huge inventory warehouse - pointing out exactly what I may like. The whole process - including all paperwork - took less then a few hours. I could not have been more pleased with the vehicle, the process, the deal and with Luis' pleasant and professional style. Brad Russak is one of the best salesman i have come across. After submitting a quote, I heard promptly from him. They had many cars in stock and first thing he showed us the various cars in their warehouse. He worked with me to get the build that I wanted. I continue to be impressed with his professionalism and client devotion, as he continues to follow up with me even after the deal is complete. I should mention that i had gone to Prestige BMW before coming to Park Avenue and the salesman "sucked" there. He was rude and had a very negative attitude toward selling the car to us. But Brad, with full of integrity and honesty, gave me the exact deal that I was looking for. Brad provided top notch customer service, one of the friendliest dealers I ever met, and the overall experience was just awesome. Fairly spontaneously we stopped by, found a vehicle we fell in love with, and spent the next several hours finalizing the purchase. Kathleen, John and Ryan spent hours with us, making sure we got what we wanted and being very patient with us. They went above and beyond what would be expected, stayed long after they were supposed to have closed, while never pressuring us and being very flexible and understanding. All in all, an excellent experience and one I would, and in a few years probably will, do again. More

We were on a road trip, miles from home,and our BMW 330xi had a drivetrain issue near Park Ave BMW. Stranded! We called. Park Avenue BMW treated me as if I was the owner's son. We were shuttled to the dealership, our problem was addressed promptly as we were traveling to a funeral. They provided us with a courtesy car and got us to our funeral. Eric Cuello, Dave and Ralph were all very helpful and really took time to resolve a difficult and intermittent drive-train issue. So far their diagnosis (and repair) has done the trick. They will be following up later this week to double check on the repair. I can say that this experience was what most of us expect from a BMW dealership. Park Avenue delivered and then some. More

We purchased a new BMW in Dec 2010. They were both very helpful in searching their data base/inventory until they were able to find us the right certified used car for our needs. They were both patient and accommodating as well as very thorough and respectful of our financial situation and tight timelines. The major reasons we went back to Gregg and Luis were the way they treated us and dealt with us when we were looking for our new 2011 7 Series.
