Luis helped me turn in my trade-in and had me out the door in a brand new 535i in less than 4 hours, and on a Friday afternoon, no less. What impressed me most about Luis was his love for the cars that he sells. He knows and understands the cars, but he also can fathom the Buyer's needs, and make the entire buying process a delightful experience. I was able to find exactly the right price for me, and I never felt rushed or pressured by Luis and the rest of the people in the sales department. Back in 1981, I purchased my first BMW from a young salesman, Wayne Carenza, who has become the general sales and operations manager at Park Avenue. Luis arranged for Wayne and I to reacquaint with each other, and to reminisce a bit. I thought that was a very nice gesture on the part of Luis. Many dealerships in my area have come and gone over the past thirty years. What keeps dealerships like Park Avenue BMW alive and thriving is the attention to detail and total respect for the buyer. I can only echo what previous reviewers have said - Brad and his team were not at all pushy, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and I felt that they had my best interests in mind. In fact, the dealership stayed past closing to allow me to pick my vehicle up and finish the paperwork. My experience here was very easy. Brad had the cars I was interested ready for me to look at. I took both on test drives, and ended up falling in love with one of them. I made the decision to purchase. Brad took care of everything quickly, and I was able to take my car home the same day!
