Luis Valencia is by far one of the best dealers I've have dealt with. I purchased some fine cars from exceptional dealers, but Luis made the whole experience wonderful. He went over the specs and the details of the car, and what was covered under warranty, etc. There was one issue with the financing and getting the funds from the credit union in a timely manner, but Lisa the Finance Officer used her skills to get us a very very low rate on our CPO car within minutes.
