I want to thank Park Ave BMW for my experience while purchasing my 2010 65o convertable. From begining to end, the sales staff and management in the internet sales division went out of their way to purchasing my 2010 65o convertable. From begining to end, the sales staff and management in the internet sales division went out of their way to assure me that my deal would go through. Greg, the manager, kept in touch with me constantly. Luis, my salesperson, was easygoing and helpful. When a problem arose with the vehicle, and the delivery of the car was delayed, Greg and Luis kept me calm and informed. I feel I got a great deal, and Greg went out of his way to make it better, when delivery was delayed. I dont think I could have done any better. This is my second BMW purchased from Park Avenue, and I dont see a reason why I wont make it three! Well done Park Ave BMW!!! More
