Don’t trust anyone in this place. I was scammed in this place. Typical scam. A salesman named Courtney was the rep that helped me. When I went back to redo my contract for the price I was “finalized” with, I was basically told that I should’ve looked before signing. Which is weird because the contract was read back to me and no where did they mention an extra $2000. Obviously they can cover themselves by saying one should’ve read before signing, basically saying “you can’t trust us, read to see if you can catch our scam”. More

Diagnostic nightmare Been here at least 5 times for engine light. Advised the diagnostic code isn’t recent being the engine misfired. The Six Hour Wait for oil/tire change and alignment. I made an appointment for an oil change on Monday, 2/5 for next day, Tuesday 2/6 at 8AM. I arrived at the dealership at 8:50 for my appointment and wa I made an appointment for an oil change on Monday, 2/5 for next day, Tuesday 2/6 at 8AM. I arrived at the dealership at 8:50 for my appointment and was told to have a seat, that it would be approximately an hour and twenty minutes to complete and have me on my way. Approx 2 hours later (about 10:50) I was told the car needed an alignment (BTW, I purchased this car from Paramus Chevy about a year ago) also that I needed to replace the front tire due to two nails in the outer threading. I authorized the alignment, but declined the tire change, then remembered I had purchased a tire warranty option when I bought the car from you and authorized the tire replacement about 3 - 5 minutes after I was told what was needed. Well, I'll spare you the chronology and detail of every time I was told it would only be another hour, then another 30 mins, then another 10 mins, etc; it wasn't until 3:12 PM that my car was ready and I was able to leave (my receipt shows time as 15:12:07). Needless to say, It was a VERY poor experience overall and although I try very hard to always maintain a positive outlook and demeanor, this was incredibly disappointing to me. I'm surprised that a relatively new purchase would need alignment and that an oil/filter /tire change and alignment would take six (6) hours to complete (with me waiting).
