My service advisor did provide me with a copy of the recommended repairs which I appreciate because I didn't give him an opportunity to explain. I understand you pay for what you get. I have always brought my cars to the dealer for repairs because of the service and genuine parts and my car is returned to me usually the same day. Unfortunately in this case I could not see how it could cost 563.00 to repair a windshield wiper. More
