Very Professional From the minute you walk in the door, the whole team is very professional. I was told what the issue was and what the cost would be for the repair. My service advisor kept me apprised of service progress as I was hoping it would be done in time for me to drive to work later in the day. He called to let me know when it was done and I was able to pick my car up and get to work on time. I believe Paramus Chevrolet does its best to accommodate the customer. High marks here! More

Service center? I’ve been there several times. Never come away satisfied. Paperwork is shady. They reword what you say to them to benefit them. I bought a tire/wh I’ve been there several times. Said it’s fixed, came on before I left the lot. I had a vibration in the steering wheel last visit. They said I need brakes all around. $1800. But they didn’t fix the vibration. 32k on the car. Went elsewhere brakes were not the problem. Wheel lost a weight. No more vibration. Never got the service report last visit. One time they repaired the HUD AND LEFT A RAZOR BLADE ON THE SEAT Need I say more?? I bought my Corvette there 4 yrs ago. never again. More
