On this visit I had the pleasure of meeting Andy, who walked me through the whole process of buying my first vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the available cars and worked with me to find the perfect car for my needs, which in this case was a Trax. After selecting the car both Andy and the financial representative, John, walked me through the entire process of buying a car. What once seemed like a daunting task was made incredibly easy, and they both were very patient and answered all my numerous questions. Then, after the purchase was made Andy took the time to help me set up the new car on my insurance policy, and even assisted me in setting up all the new technology in my car, including the Bluetooth and OnStar services. We first met Andrew Soltis in 2019 when we started looking to replace our leased vehicle. At that time we were leasing a Honda CR-V and no longer wanted to get another Honda. When Anthony (the general manger) came in to help finalize things with my salesman Andy, both of them listened to my perspective on price and waited patiently for me to finish. It was a pleasant experience (like last time, they are consistent) to be heard and taken seriously. In the end I got a great deal, speedy service and they had me out the same day with my vehicle, prepped, washed and full tank of fuel too! (its easier to do that BTW since I paid for the truck, no loan). The facility is very clean and organized, the entire staff 100% professional and very positive & eager to earn my business.
