Called and made an appointment at 11:00 for 1:00 on a used car. I called around 1:30 saying I was running late and would be there at 2. I walked in, and had to walk up to someone to page a salesman. Once we met he said the car was in the back and that he’d pull it up, and that I could wait outside. I waited for a half hour before looking for him inside, and I found him at the desk. He told me he was finding out what was going on with the vehicle. He then walked back up to me and said the owners wife took the car. It may be nice of her to see which cars have appointments on them before “taking” them. I took a half day at work for this. After I confirmed she took a car that had an appointment on it he said yes at 12:30 as if that mattered. I walked out. Wish I could put 0 stars would not recommend More
