Extraordinary ! After a good number of years leasing cars (more than 15), I found an out of the ordinary dealership. I always knew that the salesmen were "taking me for a ride", but that changed yesterday when I got an Equinox AWD V6 in Paramus Auto Mall Chevrolet in Paramus, NJ. Nobody else was able to come close to the deal I got in Paramus Chevrolet. I always do my homework, calling, contacting several dealers and making appointments to see where to go when I'm ready to take my final move. I'm not only talking about money here. When I first called Moe, he did what few are willing to do, he took his time to go over my requests and then followed up with phone calls and texts in a very professional way. It's a pleasure to deal with people like Moe, straight and honest, pleasant and direct. Mike Falzone, the Financial Manager, is another example that somebody in Paramus Chevrolet is doing the right thing when it comes to hiring its employees. First time that I meet somebody in that position that takes time to talk about something else besides numbers and money, first time that somebody cares about being human.
