Mr. Centeno was everything opposite of the typical salesman. He did not hoover over us as we shopped, did not push us into a particular vehicle or option, yet, he was there whenever we needed him. I was greeted by Derric and referred to Martin. He answered all the questions, enabled me to test drive the car and even provided me with some references concerning accessories.
