I have to be honest car buying is not my forte, but Martin made it very pleasureable. He was staright to the point always gave me the answers I was looking for. He never gave me the run around... As soon as I arrived the Service Department I was greeted with a warm hand shake. From that moment I knew I had come to the right VW to service my Passat.
