My experience at Esserman was outstanding. They truly have a team of professionals that are dynamic and provide great customer service. I alaways had a sales person with me and they made sure that I understood the process. Before coming to Esserman I went to Gunther Volkswagen. They didn't try to help me and they weren't understanding of my situation. Information wasn't explained at all and they kept making me wait for almost a month. Finally, I decided to go to Esserman. What Gunther did for me in a month, Esserman did for me in a day. Esserman did it proficiently and effectively in a way that I would recommend anyone to come and get a car from this dealership. Mitra was very understanding and willing to work in my favor and Martin was very proficient in the knowledge of Volkswagen and Nissan product. I believe that with the hard work and diligence Esserman displayed during my time at the dealership...this dealership should be recession proof. I went to Esserman Volkswagen on a Saturday late in the day in order to have my 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI serviced. The 20,000 mile service was due, and unfortunately I never have time. I work a 70 hour day in order to have my 2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI serviced. The 20,000 mile service was due, and unfortunately I never have time. I work a 70 hour week, and maintain a family, and household so my time is precious. I met with Rolando Sanchez who told me that his team didn't have time to perform the service that day, but then told me he could keep the my car at the dealer, and perform the service on Monday. Rolando then provided a loaner vehicle so I could continue to run errands, and get on with my day. My car was serviced, and returned to me as promised. I love Esserman they treat me like family, and respect my limited time. Adam More

I had a Mazda CR9 suv. So we were just passing by the dealer looking at the new models and we found this smaller TIGUAN. I like very much the standard features like the blue tooth for the cell phone completely wireless and the touch screen music player. It has the capability of using SDM cards and I has alredy put into a memory of 8MB like 60 of my favorite CD's. The driving is confortable and the car is making 17.5 miles per gallon which if not the best, a little better than I was doing before. The torque is good and the driving is pleasurable. The sales person is Antonio Cantu a nice person. We also dealt with Glenn and Maria. I will coming back in a few months for my second wolkswagen. More
